Compersion

"Compersion" is a word that has come out of the polyamory community. It is proclaimed to be the opposite of jealousy, and is often used in the context of feeling good about your partners being with other people. Wikipedia uses this much wider definition: "Compersion is an empathetic state of happiness and joy experienced when another individual experiences happiness and joy". With compersion, one can feel love for all the people in the lives of those significant to you that make them happy. Whether they are friends or lovers.
